Delete your account and data

You can delete your Dogify account and everything in it at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes your dog's profile, progress, reminders and your personal log.
If you no longer have the app installed, fill this in and send it from the email address on your account. We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Send deletion requestEnter the email address on your account and tick the box above first.
Option 1: in the app
Open Dogify, go to Settings, choose Account, then Delete account. Confirm with your email. Your data is removed within 30 days.
Option 2: by email
Use the form above, or write to support@dogify.io from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your email and sign-in, your dog's profile and answers, all lesson and habit progress, reminders, your personal log, and support conversations linked to your account.
What may be kept, and why
Store transaction identifiers and invoices we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting, for the period the law requires. Anonymised usage statistics that cannot identify you.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, because Apple, Google or our payment partner manage billing. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or through the link in your receipt email for website purchases, before or after deleting, otherwise you may keep being charged.
