- What is free?
- Downloading the app and building your dog's profile is free, including the four starting scores. The daily path, habit cards and care routines are part of the subscription.
- How does the 1-week trial work?
- You pay $9.99 for 7 days of full access. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the week ends, it continues as the 4-week plan at $25.99 every 4 weeks. One trial per person.
- How am I billed?
- Inside the app, through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, or on this website through Paddle, our merchant of record. The price is shown before you confirm and every plan renews automatically until you cancel.
- How do I cancel?
- Any time. App purchases: in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Website purchases: through the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
- Will I pay exactly this amount?
- These are the United States prices in US dollars (USD). Apple, Google and Paddle convert to your local currency and apply the tax rules for your country, so the amount shown before you confirm is the amount you pay.
- Can I get a refund?
- Website purchases: yes, any charge can be refunded in full, for any reason, if you ask within 14 days of that charge. App purchases: refunds are requested from Apple or Google under their policies.
